Good experience. Start to finish. Didn't even have to ask for the "first time customer discount". Mercie J didn't try to up-sell me with "scare tactics" on anything like other shops try to do, only fixed what I wanted fixed, and let me know my truck is due for some normal maintenance, which I knew already, and can take care of myself.
