Honda Accord Intermittent Stumbling

Today we are working on a 2001 Honda Accord and intermittently it has a stumble or hesitation to it. Welcome to Mercie J Auto care, where compassion and craftsmanship come together. I’m Rick Smith, master certified technician. Now this accord also had to code in it for the camshaft position sensor. Inside of the distributor assembly which is what this is, there’s actually a number of sensors in here and one of them is a camshaft sensor. It’s getting weak, so intermittently it cuts out. Rather than just try to replace the sensor, the best case in this one was just put a new distributor assembly in which comes with all three sensors.
