Now evaporator cores and heater cores can both be kind of expensive jobs and here’s why. We basically have to tear the car down to this condition right here. On this particular Ford Fusion, the entire dashboard comes out and then we take it apart and inside of there is the evaporator core. I hope this helps you understand why it’s not very pleasant on the pocketbook.
