Michelle from Mercie J Auto and Rick were wonderful! I received the best service ever! From the very first phone call to the last call I was treated with friendly knowledgeable people and they even have a video you can watch on YouTube that gives you a mini tutorial on what their procedure or process is from beginning to end. Michelle and Rick the owner/head mechanic have excellent customer service. When Rick called to let me know what all my car needs he knew how to explain everything in layman’s term so that I could understand. Go to Mercie J Auto if you need a mechanic. They even have a shuttle to take you back home if you have to leave your car; what other mechanic offers that?
