Overall excellent experience. I did not feel like there were any "up-selling" attempts, and the issues and repairs were clearly articulated in discussions before any work was done. There was a sincere a thorough attempt on their part to identify the proper source of the problem. Upon inspecting the repairs following their completion. I was impressed with both the quality of the repairs and the quality of the parts used in the repair.
