I just had my Odyssey timing belt replaced at Mercie J and it went well. The service advisor Adele did great keeping me informed when they found a tensioner that also needed to be replaced. It was completed as promised and has been running great ever since. I am impressed with Ray the tech that actually did the job. My first time with the crew at Mercie J, and I will be back when my next vehicle issue comes up. Thanks to the entire team!

My mom recommended I bring my car here as she was very pleased with the service she received. This was the first good sign, my mom is very particular about things, in a good way. Michelle was very helpful from the first phone call to me picking up my car. When I got there, Rick took a ride with me to hear the noise that my car was making, can't say I have had this happen where I have previously taken my car(dealership). He also went through all my old maintenance records that I have saved over the years. For the record I drive a 2008 Honda Civic SI. The problem with my car was diagnosed by the technician along with some other recommendations to improve the performance of my car. The information was texted to me with a written description along with pictures. I really appreciated that. I decided to have it all taken care of. They were able to complete the work in the same day, which I did not expect. When I picked up my car, all repairs were gone over with me by Michelle. I felt the pricing was very fair. I have to say, it was the first time I walked away from having my car fixed and not feeling like I was ripped off. As I drove away in my car, the first thought that came into my mind was how good my car was running. Thank you to everyone who works there. And thank you Ray for fixing my car and making it run better than it has in a long time. To say I'm pleased is an understatement. What I can say is that they have made a life long customer out of me.
