Mercie J didn't try to up-sell me with "scare tactics" on anything like other shops try to do, only fixed what I wanted fixed, and let me know my truck is due for some normal maintenance, which I knew already, and can take care of myself. They replaced both driveshafts on my 2000 Monte SS. They test drove it with me in the car. One of their master mechanics explained to me the differences between the sound and symptoms of a wheel bearing failure compared to a CV joint failure.
